As an extension of our mission to prevent organic materials from going to landfills, we recycle Christmas trees in Philadelphia! For a one time cost of $20, we will pick up your Christmas tree curbside, bring it to one of our nonprofit farm partner locations, and grind it up into wood chips. The chips will be used by the farms as mulch and also in our composting process.

Tree pickups will occur on the weekend of January 3rd, the weekend of January 10th, and the weekend of January 17th. Actual pickup day could be Saturday or Sunday and will be assigned and communicated at least two days prior to your pickup.

Trees will need to be placed outside of your house, curbside, by midnight, the night before of your scheduled pickup day, with all ornaments / decorations removed. 

Maximum tree height we can take: 14' tall.

Don't let your tree go in the trash, give it a second life as mulch or compost!
